Denise BRAITHWAITE I am writing to say a very big thank you to 2 special people. After all the doom and gloom, firstly on Saturday about 4 o'clock there was a knock at the door. With great surprise it was my Dog Groomer, Yvette, delivering 2 bags of groceries for me and on one of the bags there was a note reading 'If you need more shopping or medication collecting' to call her and she will collect these. When she left I was in tears. What a wonderful lady, not just to me but to others in my position. I am 64 and I have C.O.P.D. This lady is Yvette (Wag and Woof), Preston. The other lady bought me a bunch of flowers on Sunday, she is a good neighbour of mine called Kathy (Ribbleton). Please through your paper can you say a big thank you to both these ladies.
