JOHN GLEGHORN 34 Preesall Road Ashton on Ribble Wishes to thank all staff of the Preston and Chorley Hospitals for their expertise during his stays in hospital, first with a perforated ulcer and then with COVID between October 2019 to April 2020. Also my thanks go to Nichola of Age Concern for her regular food parcels since his discharge. Then there are my children, Nicholas, Rachel and Charlotte whose unfailing support has got me better.
